Many of us vividly remember the look, feel, smell, or taste of our beloved childhood “babies,” those stuffed animals, dolls, or blankets we faithfully dragged everywhere. Some of us may still have them tucked away. Others, even as adults, still find comfort in cuddling them. These portraits are part of The Baby Project, an ongoing series of photographs that explores the nature of our relationships with our “babies.”
